Administrative Assistant
- Answer phones and act as front line to customer service and communications
- Organize and maintain marketing mailings and customer service portal
Skills:
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Must be a self-starter who is highly motivated and works well with others
- Must have computer skills in all functions of Word and Excel and Internet Explorer
- Excellent organizational, communication and written skills
Asterisk Developer
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized with the ability to focus and prioritize multiple projects under time critical deadlines. The applicant will possess proven creative, analytical and planning expertise. He or she must be a team-player who will work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferably, the candidate will also have team lead capabilities and experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Innovative personality, with ability to solely lead projects.
- Firm grasp on formal software development methods.
- Design and implement a scalable carrier grade hosted voice platform.
Required experience in the following essential technologies:
- Asterisk
- AGI module development in PHP,
- OpenSer
- SIP
- IVR Planning
- Linux 3+ years
- Open source software
- PHP/MySQL development
- Knowledge of TDM and Wide Area Networking technologies
- WAN, MPLS, Private Line, Metro E
- ISDN (PRI), T1, POTS, Centrex
- Call Routing
- Call Center Applications
- TDM interface Devices
