Inside Sales Representative

The purpose of the Inside Sales Representative position is to increase the existing customer base for the company. The primary focus of the Inside Sales Representative is to locate and qualify new prospects by generating interest in the company's services and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting via phone, e-mail and social media and qualifying new sale opportunities. Set appointments for Outside Sales when necessary
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations
• Receive requests for service and products details and quotes from prospects and provide timely responses
• Achieves and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
• Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM and Quoting tools in a timely manner
• Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in CRM tools and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures
• Work through a daily list of sales activities in CRM tools
• Communicate and report sales forecasts to Management

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy
• Support outside sales for quoting and documentation
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the price and service catalog and how it relates to customerís needs
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities of both inside and outside sales
• Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
• Responsible for entering time and expenses in CRM as it occurs
• Master Sales CRM and Quoting Tools
• Enter all work as activities or service tickets into CRM

Entry Level IT Engineer

An ideal candidate should have 2 years of field experience and certification in Citrix and Microsoft or CCA. Candidate should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work alone or as a team. If you strive for excellence, we want you on our team.

Field Engineer

The Field Engineer is responsible for all onsite service and support needs for our customers and reports to the CTO. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix and Microsoft
• Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
• Implement and support disaster recovery solutions
• Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
• System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
• Communicate to customers: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
• Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer’s needs
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for entering time and expenses in ConnectWise as it occurs
• Work through a daily schedule in ConnectWise that has been established through the dispatch process
• Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
• Enter all work as service tickets into ConnectWise
• Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
